Your First Visit With I Heart Chiro
Here at I Heart Chiro, we want your first visit to be as relaxing and informative as possible. Our goal is for you to finish your appointment with no unanswered questions and feeling excited about the progress you have already made. Because we are a mobile practice, your first visit happens wherever you are most comfortable in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Why People Make Their First Visit
Many people see a chiropractor for the first time because they are experiencing pain, such as back pain, neck pain, or headaches. Others want to begin a preventive treatment plan to stay healthy and active, recover from an auto injury, or improve athletic performance through athlete chiropractic care.
What Happens During Your First Visit
We understand the body and how it works. During your first visit, we will spend time talking so you can explain any pain you are having and what you hope to achieve. Your chiropractor will then perform a hands-on assessment, gently feeling around painful areas and checking your posture, alignment, and range of motion to get a better sense of what is going on. If imaging like x-rays would be helpful, we will discuss that with you.
Your Personalized Plan
We believe pain is often the result of something in the body being out of alignment or not moving properly. Once we understand your condition, we will explain our findings and recommend a plan to get your body back into balance. That plan may include chiropractic adjustments, muscle therapy, and corrective exercises you can do between visits.
Our Goal for You
Our goal is to help you feel better, and stay that way, as quickly as possible. It is possible to live a life with less pain.
